Book Your Appointment

To Book an Appointment:

  • Client Intake

    You will have to go through a client intake. You will be asked about your income, assets, family size and legal issue.

  • Book Appointment

    If you qualify, you will be booked an appointment. You may have to wait 3-6 weeks for an appointment.

  • Contact Other Organizations

    Contact the other organizations that Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan referred you to during the intake.

  • Prepare

    Organize and prepare any important documents to bring to your appointment.

  • Do You Need to Cancel?

    If you have to cancel your appointment, please call Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan.

  • Appointment Reminder

    Our office will call you one day before your appointment to make sure you are able to attend the appointment.

  • Additional Appointments

    If you feel you need another appointment, please call Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan to book another appointment.

Demand for free legal services is very high and all services through PBLS’s Free Legal Clinics are provided by volunteer lawyers. Although we will book you the soonest available appointment, our wait times are often 3-6 weeks. Sometimes, they can stretch up to 8 weeks.

If you have a court date coming up or another important deadline, please let our intake worker know. We can send you a Confirmation of Appointment letter that you can present to the other party, prosecutor, or judge when asking for an adjournment of your court date. An adjournment is a delay or rescheduling that will give you more time to consult our volunteer lawyers and to prepare for your court date.

Confirmation of Appointment

We usually confirm appointments the day before your appointment. If you feel that you don’t need the appointment anymore or you can’t make it, please give our office a call or let us know when we call to confirm. Remember, you can always leave us a voicemail if you don’t get through.

To see whether you qualify for free legal advice, please phone our office at 1-855-833-7257 and leave a voicemail OR fill out the online intake form below. Please do not leave a voicemail and submit an online intake form, only do one.  

We will respond to voicemails and online intake forms in the order they were received. Please be patient!

HOLIDAY MESSAGE: Client Intake form closed for the holidays!

The Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan webform will be closed for the holidays starting Friday December 12 at 3pm. The web form will be available again in the new year on Monday January 12, 2026. Have a safe and warm holiday season!
